The cost given over the phone is different from billing cost. Phone record of pricing 40$ fee to check whats wrong. Turned into $330 and no work performed. Scamers.

I would like to change my review to 5+ stars. After the first repair did not work out Jon the owner reached out personally to correct the situation. He installed a new toilet at no cost and even gave me a credit for future work! This is beyond excellent customer service. This is a company that stands behind their work which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much Jon!

Brian and Matt replaced a toilet in my home, and installed a back up sump pump. They were both extremely professional and kind, and very responsive to questions. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I also appreciate that Brian and Matt were so very kind to my 6 year old grandson. Everyone who I spoke to during the scheduling process was wonderful and very responsive. I will definitely be using this business for all of my plumbing needs!

Questions & Answers

I have a new toilet. I need someone to remove the old existing toilet and install the new one . Can you give me an estimate cost for the job?

Hi! Happy to help, so typically our standard charges for removing old toilet and disposing of it and installing new customer supplied toilet is $275, no tax. For first time customers we reduce that to $205, no tax. Now this does not include if there are any issues with the old existing flange under the toilet, there is no way to know for sure whether flange repairs are needed until you pull the toilet and take a look at it. If flange repairs are needed it could be an additional $125-200. Any questions feel free to call our office at 716-748-1123 or call me directly at 716-725-9762, thanks

Hi our shower faucet is not turning and when I finally got it to turn the water water wouldn't shut off so I had to turn the main valve off to the house. I believe it needs a new cartridge. But we are having trouble with installing What is the go

Hi! Happy to help- So without seeing exactly which type of shower valve it is and which brand it is a little tough to say. The typical range could vary from $175 plus tax and up from there depending on the details. If its an unusual valve it could be a special order part, but if not we can usually get the correct parts the same day. If you would like to have us come out and take a look for a free estimate or to actually perform the work please call our office at 716-748-1123. Thanks!
