Great staff and services! I felt comfortable and relaxed and taken care of. Great float and Halo therapy! Take advantage of their deals and memberships for sure. They care alot about what they do and your wellness, and it shows. :)

WoW .. AMAZING!! I recently started working out after taking a yr off due Covid. I was incredibly sore after my first week suffering from sore thighs, arms, a very sore right calf.. Ibuprofen wasn’t helping. At this point I was saying UNCLE!! I’ve heard some claims about floating and I decided to try it. I called on Saturday (3/13/21) towards closing. I was able to schedule right away at 9 AM Sunday (3/14/21) When I arrived they were open on time, I was sore and grouchy however I was greeted with a smile. I felt welcomed, everything was explained to me, and it was VERY clean. I enjoyed a 60 minute session. Immediately I felt relaxed and all my soreness excluding my calf was gone! I woke up this morning Monday (3/15/21) and I’m able to walk on my right leg with little discomfort. Added bonus my skin is baby soft! I highly recommend and I would differently use it again!

The most tranquil place I have been to and a hidden treasure in Dubuque. I experienced the float and infrared spa in which afterwards my mind and body was relaxed and rejuvenated. Everyone should try one of their treatments (if not all), there is something for everyone. I look forward to it being a regular stop for me wellness.

I have Fibromyalgia/PTSD/seasonal depression, etc.....when I float it is like God holding me in his arms!!! I totally relax... I hear my joints pop and creak as I totally relax and let go. I use the head floatie cuz I do have a fear of water. I will continue to float as with each time it gets better and better. My soul feels refreshed!! People there are so kind!!! Buy the magnesium rub too!! It works!!! I usually float 60 mins...next time I'm going 90 mins!! Dont be afraid to try it...!! I'm claustrophobic but this does not make me feel trapped at all!!! Gonna try sauna too!!

I believe minors can float with parental consent, but call them to be sure. (Or shoot them an email if that's better for you) The staff super helpful and friendly!
You control your own environment. You can leave the lid wide open, partially open or fully closed. Even with the lid fully closed you will be able to sit up and reach up without touching the top of the lid. These float spas are larger than some cars.
