2 years ago appointment was made to see a doctor about my knees instead he scheduled an injectable MRI for my neck and they had already done an MRI on one knee during which time the tech kept screaming at me not to move. I wasn't moving but the knee swelled up. Don't know what that was all about. Cancelled all appointments and won't go back. Because of Covid 19 I am working on getting replacement knee surgery done because I had eye surgery done first and not by these people. Now they are constantly sending me letters wanting me to put them down as my primary network with Medicare. With the insurance I have I can go where I want. Dyersville doctors are great, can't say the same about these people.

i have trouble literally every time i need a prescription filled and end up running out and messing up my pull schedule, and then they always send it to the wrong pharmacy. lol.

I had my first consultation with Kari Ernst in 2017, and I saw her again a few days ago. She is simply THE BEST there is! She is so attentive, gentle, patient, caring and kind. I have had many mysterious chronic conditions that have led me to be dismissed by most other practitioners. As a result, I have found myself experiencing quite a bit of anxiety when having to see a provider. This is not the case with Kari. I feel very comfortable with her and trust her to listen and never ever be dismissive. She is quite thorough and very bright. I would recommend her to anyone.
