Been waiting to be seen in the emergency room, 3 hours later I'm extremely uncomfortable. If I am not going to get the help I need, I'd rather feel like I'm dying at home than your uncomfortable chairs...

Had to wait 3 hours to be seen on a Wednesday night, then when I was finally seen it took 3+ more hours of just waiting in the patient room by myself until they ran tests for me. Finally after the tests were done they gave me the go-ahead to go home without even checking the results of all the tests that were ran. Would highly suggest visiting a different hospital ER if you actually want to have an examination done if you are feeling symptoms of a potentially serious issue with your body, as this hospital will not take it seriously and you will be disappointed.

Great staff and great doctors thanks for taking good care of me. Finally I got down to the university of Iowa city hospitals n clinics and got all my surgeries done and my medical conditions under control and now back home by family and doing very well. Thanks for what you guys could do for me at the time. Bruce Leibold

Doctors in the ER leave you sitting for 2 hours with nobody coming in to check on you. Then proceed to tell you that it's going to be at least a minimum of two and a half more hours before you will get the testing you need
