Yeah the place is ok they tell you to call before showing up if your sick problem is no one ever answers.

The dental scheduling is ridiculous. Never answers the phone. They might call you back. It took 4 month to make an appointment and now my appointment is 4 months out. Just mad it took so long to get to person on the phone. I called back to back for 30 min and no one answered. So they can use the excuse they were busy but not for 30 min. I emailed my complaint. They asked when a good time to call me back is. I said between 9-10 cause I work nights and need sleep. I watched my phone for that hour and fell asleep 10 after ten. They called at 10:15. I don’t know if they have communication issues or staffing issues. But I have asked why a person can’t answer the phone for months and no one can give me a straight answer. I personally love the doctors and dentists there but it’s just the scheduling person or scheduling system.

There are some great people there and there are some horrible people there. My kids get their physical there every year and their shots have been done there since we’ve lived in Dubuque. Going on 4 years now… yet these people always tell me when I call for either kid that they have never had physicals or immunizations there. EVERY TIME. Now my children have had MANY different doctors here because the turn over is high. I’m sick of the foolishness and them never being able to locate records. At my youngest daughters last physical the nurse wanted to give my daughter a vaccination she already had AT THIS OFFICE then went back and forth about me and my daughter being wrong about her getting it already at the previous visit where HE was the one who administered the shot. Don’t even let me get started on the disrespect from some of their staff especially over the phone. I blew up today because I’ve had it with their nonsense. Trust me find a different doctors office.

Kareem Collins: what would the hospital do? Isnt the best thing to do is self isolate some family members that are medical experts say self isolate until symptoms go away, as they will.Worst thing is to spread at a hospital.Bad advice kareem P.s. unverified uncertainty of remedy.
