The RV parking lot was empty as we passed it. It looked like a large lot. It is just east of the bridge, but there was a lot of bridge repair construction going on at the time.

On the east side there's large parking lot inland along the river, pull off to right if heading north. Very curvy, steep, narrow on west side, but you can get there also.
