A virus had seized my computer!! I had had very unsatisfactory results with one of the other services in town on a prior occasion. I had heard good things about Jolene, so I decided to give her a try. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She fixed it in a day, and added virus protection. I also took my other computer to her for this protection. The price was reasonable, and the service great!! I will definitely go back to her when I need service. I will also, recommend her to friends.

We have just started taking our computer to Jolene Jo for repair and can’t say enough how we appreciate her in caring for our computers. She is amazing and very knowledgeable about computers. I myself don’t always have the patience trying to troubleshoot my computer. I also like that if I have a question about my computer, she will always get back to me with the answers I need! Jolene did an amazing job with my laptop! I needed my SSD and Hard Drive to be swapped as my main operating system. She had it done super quickly even though it was during the holidays. I'm very late reviewing her great service, but I now have the added benefit of saying that it's been over a month and I haven't had a single issue with my laptop since 👍 if you need help with anything tech related, FTS is the place to go 😊

I scheduled my appointment on line.I was so happy to be able to bring my computer in the very next day. Jolene knew exactly what she had to do when I discussed my issues. She provided excellent advise to protect my personal information. I had been hacked and she was able to block what the problem was. Ran some updates and gave my computer a tune up. I was notified a few hours later that my computer was ready to be picked up. I will definitely be back with any future issues. Thank you so much Jolene.
