We were quoted $104.63 for a double queen. We were advised that the pool and jacuzzi had just been renovated and worked fabulously. Upon arrival they charged me $167, said the pool and jacuzzi were down for maintenance and there was black mold all over. I repacked and left faster then I packed into the room to begin with. The management was rude and didn't give a shut.

My mother and I got a room at this motel. The floor was nice. The beds were too high to sit on comfortably. There was no closet for our clothes. There was no vent fan in the bathroom. We asked for a couple more pods of coffee and that's exactly what we got -- two pods. There was not a suitable place to walk my mother's little dog. When checking out in the morning I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come out of the back room to the counter. I won't be going back to the Economy Inn in Florence. Not my idea of how a motel should be.

The new manager is rude and the rooms are not cleaned. We literally found take out sauce packets everywhere. I mean we even found one in a pillow. Also dead smeared spiders on the wall. Do not get an upstairs room unless you like it at the temperature of the sun. They have great new LED lights for the parking lot though. Also make sure you lay towls down in the bathroom when you shower.

A bit pricey for a night stay. Room and comforts could use a lot of help but the bed is comfortable for a shabby place. Super nice people even at 1:30 in the morning.
