Called a couple weeks in advance to make reservation, was told it would be a balcony room then. When I got here he said no, not available. Room was down in what felt like a dungeon with a window that at least opened. Very small room, only one desk chair, No elevators at this place, had to go down and up tons of stairs! Going to the pool was very inconvenient from. Where we were! Down 4 flights of stairs again! Had to go outside and through lobby too. Had to ask for pool towels from front desk and they were so thin and small. Pool area had great view and 2 hot tubs. Beds were "queen" but small! And really broke down, too soft. Overall not worth the money and we won't be back because of our unimpressed and uncomfortable stay.

The booking showed kitchenette in both our bookings. When we reached, They gave us both room without kitchen. It is very frustrating because we are vegetarian and eat specific food that is not available readily. Then they asked us to use the common kitchen, which was okay. The family with 2 people was given a room with extra bed while the family with 4 people was given room with 1 bed. They didn't bother to assign the right room to right family. Breakfast was great. It had more options than what I have seen at other hotels. Very nice view of river from pool and breakfast hall. This is the first time I booked best western and they cheated us by not providing kitchen. I will never book this hotel again due to this reason.

Good location and my room was amazing. Wish they had elevators. Was disappointed that the restaurant was no longer in operation. Breakfast was great and the staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

My family and I only stayed here for one night. Here’s our thoughts: A) We thought we could get a river view but we didn’t. B) The room was quite small, especially the walking space. And especially for 4 people walking around trying to get to different sides of the room. C) It was raining when we were there and so, walking down the stairs and going under dripping wooden roofs to our room all the time was quite inconvenient. D) The front desk person was nice! The staff making the eggs were giving off different vibes though. Maybe it’s because it’s the morning, who knows. But what’s confusing is that they’re cooking eggs and serving them to people who requested it. In the other hotels I’ve been too, eggs are served on your own. I didn’t get any eggs because it’ll take a long time for it to be served, as I’m rushing to finish breakfast that morning. But in summary, it’s a nice and clean hotel, especially in the middle of nowhere in Oregon. If I were to come back to Florence though, I would try out another hotel first before thinking to come back here.
