My wife and I stayed at The Quality Inn, which used to be the Comfort Inn, a number of times. We stay there because it is inexpensive and gives breakfast, but I believe we will not return. The customer service is very poor. I phoned for a reservation and spoke to a new customer service rep at the front desk named Ella who said she had been working there for only 4 months. She did not know how to locate our names or phone number in the system and said she did not have record of us ever staying there before. I explained with was not possible and requested an upper level of support since she was fairly new. She actually hung up on me and refused to answer the phone lines any longer, picking up and hanging up on the Quality Inn phone. My wife and I are seniors and certainly have experience with hotels. This is very poor customer service. I know it is difficult to find employees, but I do not believe I would do well to hire this type of person whom is disrespectful to customers and loses business. I do want to make another note, the hotel is not downtown and distance from activities. It as has many Steps and No elevator. I can not recommend this hotel.

The front desk C word was named Ella. I would say customer service representative or staff member but her actions and words don't deserve those titles. My hairdryer in my room didn't work which I discovered after I was out of my shower but her lack of effort and concern with the situation was disrespectful she laughed in my face two different times when I was simply trying to discuss my concerns holding my 15 month old little girl. After she laughed in my face twice telling me she couldn't help me I asked if I should record her for her higher ups to see how she conducts herself. She threatened to call the cops on me for "trespassing" even though we paid two nights not realizing the poor conditions the quality inn had to offer. The management did nothing to make it right or ensure that Ella would be spoken to for her poor decisions/actions to paying customers. Me and my family will NEVER return and I encourage anyone who reads this to spend their money elsewhere.

Positive: Nice breakfast, central location, decent service, comfortable beds, room was clean. Negative: Horrible lack of maintenance (ie. Mold in the hot tub, plants growing out of the gutters, room heater/ac was held up with a block of wood, the bathroom mirror was way crooked). Recently stayed at a much nicer motel in Florence for a little more per night. If possible stay elsewhere.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not stay here. The sheets were dirty and covered in makeup. Clearly not washed at all. You can feel every spring in the mattress. I had to get extra blankets from my car to lay on top of the mattress and still felt all the springs. The shower does not get hot. It was ice cold. The shower did not drain and there was what looked like mold in the shower. Don’t get me started on the bugs in the room. The motels I stayed at while on my road trip were better quiality than this place. Never been disgusted by a hotel like this. I would rather sleep in my car than stay here. Was looking forward to staying in a hotel after a long day of driving 10 hours and this is what I get for $100 no thanks. Never coming back or staying at any other quality inn again.

There is Free complementary coffee, tea and water 24/7 with a free hot breakfast every morning from 6:30 - 9:30am. If you rum out of coffee in your room. Call the front desk and theyll have more sent straight to your door.
