My friend is staying here right now. I really do love this campground. It's just so cozy here! Hearing the foghorn blowing in the distance today, was so cool. Fabulous Camping Place! Almost each spot has quite a bit of privacy. The water & electric worked great. The picnic table was rough but useable. The dump station was free because we camped there & it's only $8.00 to use if you're not camped there. You don't have to pay to use the indoor shower. (My only complaint is that I wish the water was hotter, because I like a really hot shower.) The Ladies bathroom has one of two sinks out of order, so there's only one sink. The camp spots are well groomed & the fire pit worked great, once we dug out a ton of ancient ash. The hosts are delightful & nice, very informative & a pleasure to interact with. There's places to set up a Tent, if you don't have a Trailer or a Motorhome. There was total peace & quiet after 10pm. There's no smoking allowed. There's a cute little Playground area for kiddos & what looked like an outdoor movie screen. There's a covered area for viewing ocean bay sunsets & an uncovered seating area for the same. There's a nice walking path & stairs down to the swimming area, down by the inlet, next to the jetty or you can drive to it & park, as it's just about 1 minute away from camp. There were Seals catching Salmon, Crows cawing for food LOL, Squirrels chattering at you for treats & lots of different Birds singing their songs. Its close enough to the Ocean to hear it at night & have it lull you peacefully to sleep. I will be coming here frequently now that I have been here once & lived it so much. $45 per night for a full hookup spot & $40 per night for a spot with only water & electric. If you reserve online there is an additional one time $10 reservation fee. Thank you Harbor Vista for a great time. *All of my photos are copyrighted*

Pretty quiet. Close to florence for supplies, if needed. Some sites are tighter than others if you have a trailer. Cool trail that goes down to the beach within the campground.

My absolute favorite "home away from home." I camped here many times and when the campsite was full, enjoyed the "day use" capabilities for only $5. The park is clean and safe, always a happy environment. Sometimes they have live music at night with fires lit in the field next to the swings and bathrooms. It overlooks the beach and the grounds are well taken care of. The shower access was so welcome after a long day outside! The staff are always nearby and easy to approach and they do such a wonderful job at keeping everything in order. The prices are more than reasonable and I never felt unwelcome in my stays. I really liked the fact that it is a no smoking area and just how family-oriented it is. There is a designated "quiet time" so even if you're sleeping in a tent, you will not be disturbed at night. I found it on my first time through Florence and never chose another campsite after. Highly recommended in every single way!

This campground is beautiful with sites enclosed by foliage, very private and cozy. Sites come with picnic table and a firepit with a small grill. Camp staff if so helpful. We bought firewood and staff delivered it to our site, as we were actually on our way to a restaurant when we purchased the wood. We also had a medical emergency (food poisoning from a local restaurant) and needed to stay an extra day at the last minute. No problem with the last minute change of plans. If we ever make it back to this part of the coast this will be my go to campground. For 30$ a night you'd be hard pressed to find a better place.

Questions & Answers

Does this park have (cheap) hiker/biker campsites?

No tent sites but possibly 1 hiker/biker area. The RV site rates are inexpensive so I would guess that area is too.

Are there showers?
