I've worked for mobile carriers since 2013. When you purchase an iPhone from any carrier you have a one year warranty directly from Apple. As long as there is no physical or water damage, and the phone isn't jailbroken, you should be covered. Make an appointment, back your phone up to iCloud, and go with proof of purchase. They will likely just replace the phone if you are eligible.
Right, go to the Apple store.
Sorry i don't know
It may or may not be covered by warranty. Genius bar appointment would be your best option.
All the previous comments make sense to me.
For an iPhone tech support, stop by at your local Apple retail store. And I do not believe you will get a brand new iPhone unless it is a defect.
Apple store can tell you if the warranty is still good
Hmmm, should have gone to apple store directly!
