I went to Bob's Discount to purchase a recliner for my mother who is a senior. My sale representative May was very polite, she answered all of my questions, and she was well versed in the items I saw interest. Fortunately, with all of May's assistance, I choose to a double recliner, because my mother's dog has to be able to sit with her. (Goodness!) Anyway, the price was more than I wanted to spend, but I felt it was worth it. I still give the store 5 stars, even though items are way over priced in the store, the entire staff, especially the ladies in the back and the new employee (cutie-pie with the bald head ) were all SUPER friendly.

We were greeted by Phyllis when we walked in the door. She was very helpful and polite. We received the furniture and it looks beautiful in our house. The delivery Men were very professional. Amazing experience and cannot say enough about how Nice, easy and fast Phyllis made everything happen! Highly recommend her!

I purchased an entire Living room set bank in 2018 with a 5 year warranty. The old man who sold me the set assured me twice that the warranty covers all damages and repair, except for the normal wear & tear and pet damage of course. The following year the recliner of my love seat stopped working. I called in and was directed to a website to file the claim. The claim site asked me how the love seat was broken. None of us knew how. We only knew it stopped working and there wasn't an option for unknown. So I clicked on one of the options they offered and sent the necessary pics. I then get a reply saying the option I choose doesn't cover and so we would be charged. I sent a reply disputing and they reluctantly sent a tech to come and take a look. The tech told us the motor was broken and would reschedule once the part came. We then got an email weeks later saying the claim was closed. We tried to open the same claim and it wouldn't. We opened a new claim and they told us it was for the same problem so it would not be covered. Bob's furniture is NOT to be trusted as they don't hold true to their promises. I will not be buying from them again.

If you gave them your e-mailed address when you purchased the items, you should have gotten a receipt copy sent to you!! We did when we purchased things last week.
