I am really disappointed by this stay. I told the front desk people multiple times it was my wedding. I had a lot of guests stay for my wedding at this hotel. They barely acknowledge my stay and did not go over the check in information. I had asked to pay ahead of time and the front desk person said it was completed. However, when I looked at my checkout I was not charged until the end. My suite was okay but is smelled . I am grateful from the upgrade from Sue Rich who is amazing. I wish the staff at the hotel could be more aware and show me customer service.

The staff were nice but the room was dirty. They were dried blood in the bathtub and the coffee machine was very nasty. The roof had a big crack in it and the hallway smelled strongly of weed. Will not be visiting here again. The pool was closed.

I would like to start my saying the front desk young lady was very nice. So me and my daughter worked a 15 hour shift at work and decided not to drive home because we were very tired to drive. So I said we can get a hotel room. My daughter my great . I want to take a hot bath before I go to sleep. No problem baby girl. This was not the case at all. My daughter was so upset she could not do that. The tub was dirty. It had a lot of rust in the tub. Are you sure? Yes mom rust. So I did my best to make her happy about it. I stay was only a few hours. I was very disappointed in how they handled that. I reached out to the GM via email and pictures I sent who has not responded at all. I received a text message asking how was stay? I replied not great I'm still waiting to hear from management.

Kevin at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. He was knowledgable about the area which was nice. As others have stated, this hotel is dated and not modern. The amenities, bar, dining etc are subpar and while overall not the worst place I’ve stayed, I can say this won’t be my first choice when returning to the area.
