The room was nice and that's the only thing about this place that was okay. The staff is ignorant, they not only don't have any type of breakfast but they sell little cups of cereal and they also sell their cups of coffee. I'm sorry but someone spends over 100$ to stay a night at your establishment the least you could do is give a cup of coffee for them in the morning. Very disgraceful and greedy is all they are

Great hotel, BUT I feel sorry for the owner! Security came by at 1, 2 and 3 am and knocked on my door, waking my dog...that's nothing but ugly! It woke my neighbors, too.. Employees make or break you...I would never stay again, although it was a beautiful place with comfortable beds and pillows, and a very warm pool..

Not as horrible as some of the reviews. But no coffee for us early risers AND they charge for it anyways. No breakfast either. Thin walls, hear everything. It is very dated. Grass was super high for my dogs and there was dog feces all over the courtyard. (Bad dog parents, but still very unkept grounds.) Definitely odor of marijuana in some hallways. Needs to be demolished and updated. Came back through, stayed elsewhere; much happier.

Well. It's safe, very clean, and all of the housekeeping and front desk representatives that helped me this morning were very kind. But it's also obvious that this place is rehabbed--it was once a nice hotel but it's kind of tired now. The door mechanism got jammed and I had to coax it back into working order, and the underside of the desk in the room was greasy and weird, and the A/C unit was pretty noisy. Those things being said, the bed and sheets were very soft, but the pillows were kind of strange. There was a fridge in the room and a microwave in the ice machine vestibule, which was nice. Maybe it's bougie to complain, but I feel like charging over $100/night isn't quite fair. The DoubleTree in Columbia is almost the same price and nicer. But.. it was okay!
