Great waitress doing her best because they're understaffed. While the food won't kill you, it's not very good. The food is slightly better on the weekends when they are fully staffed. In either case, it's not as bad as the local Silver Diner or IHOP

To start off, a one star rating is even too high for this place. This was by far the WORST fast food experience i ever had with my boyfriend today SOOOO If you are rushing to get to your destinations DO NOT go to this place. They just don’t care.The staff at this location are HORRIBLE.........The Manager was Sooo disrespectful toward us and very rude. Our order came out wrong and was so burnt it wasn’t even edible.🤮🤮🤮🤮 It's pretty insulting that this location can't staff properly and No apologies offered. To all traveler's stopping at the Maryland Rest stop: Never ever go to 🚫🚫🚫Bob Evans 🚫🚫🚫🚫

I asked that my hashbrowns be cooked a certain way. Seems to be a difficult task. I wanted them to be very crispy on both sides. Came to the table and one side was just about raw. Sent them back. Other than that, the food was great.

The food is always good when I eat here. My only feedback is the consistency with curbside ordering. I was waiting outside in the designated space and no one came out. I had to go inside to get the order. The young lady I asked about my order was a manager. Went to the shelving unit and said the order was here and started to walk away. I mentioned that I had been outside for a while. She blamed me for that and said I should have called. I told her that I assumed y'all would check orders and your designated spaces like all other companies do. So I knocked one star off for that. I'll chalk that one up to she might have been having a bad day. The service in here is normally good.
