You can call roadside assistance at 1-800-222-0100 - they can come out and check out the car battery or see why the vehicle isn't starting. Regarding your remote(FOB) - there is a blade key in the FOB that can open/lock the door. The FOB battery would not have anything to due with the vehicle not starting.
