We had a reservation for a connecting room.One room had a king size bed,the adjoining room had a sofa bed.There were three of us.There were 2 thermostats,on in each room.The room was stuffy when we arrived. Only one air conditioner worked.The maintenance man told us the compressor in the one room broke down the day before and all the hotel rooms were booked.He brought us a box fan to circulate the air between the 2 rooms.Daughter pulled out the mattress of the sofa bed ,sat on it and it was all springs poking through! The employees at the desk gave her a comforter to help cushion the springs. There is no continental breakfast,Free. The desk clerk had given us food vouchers, which my husband used for breakfast.The eggs smelled.and tasted like fish,the food was cold.The hotel charges 15.00 for their breakfast. The lobby restrooms were dirty,the stairwells dirty.One elevator settled very hard when reaching the floor level.The wall decor very drab,All black ,white and grey distorted photos of who knows what! Very disappointed.The only positive thing are there courteous employees and free warm cookie.We were in Columbia for a wedding.

We stayed her 4 days and 3 nights with our small kids and we loved every minute of it. The staff is exceptionally friendly, diverse, and customer service oriented! The room was clean and the hotel was very responsive when we asked them to clean it on our 3rd day, front desk staff was fantastic in every interaction and the people running the breakfast buffet were the stars of the show! (Shoutout to Angela, Irene, and Mary!) The room was spacious and more than enough for the 4 of us, the kids loved the indoor, heated pool (nothing like going swimming in 40 degree weather!) plus it has enough 3ft areas for our little one to have fun without knowing how to swim, the hot tub was also a big hit with our family as it wasn't too hot so even the kids enjoyed it. The fitness center is super small, it has some cardio equipment, a very nice, full set of dumbbells and two benches so it's great for a quick workout if you're on vacation and don't want to lose your fitness progress. This hotel is also wonderfully located, close to the airport, the Columbia Mall, etc. Every time we entered a location on our rental car navigator it came up within 20 minutes of the hotel. They also use digital keys which means you don't have to carry a hotel key card around since you can open your room door, pool, etc. using your smart phone. We would absolutely stay here again. P.S. The warm chocolate chip and walnut cookies we got when we checked in were fantastic!

Our stay was great!! We were here for youth soccer tournament, so we stay at hotels, a LOT! The staff was world class and so nice and accommodating. I will say breakfast was good. Above standard hot buffet breakfast. We also had dinner in the restaurant. Dinner food was not as good. It was more cafeteria food…at best. But at hotel prices. I’d expected more from dinner considering how good the breakfast was. But the staff was still phenomenal and the hotel manager was on stand by at all hours. Interacting with us making sure we were good. He even remembered our names and our drinks! Yeshi at the bar during the evening was so good!! I’d stay again, but have dinner elsewhere.

Everyone who worked here was so nice! The room was very large and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable! My only complaint is that I was not aware that I would have to be given a voucher for my food credit since I am a rewards member and was not given one upon check in. I didn't get to use my credit my first night because I was not aware of this policy. The next morning, I asked for the credit , was told "ok", and thought it would just be added on to my bill at breakfast. I was told at the restaurant to go back to the front desk to physically get the voucher for breakfast. I did not mention it while i was there. I was unaware of how this worked at this particular Hilton property. I missed out on my "complimentary" dinner the evening that I checked in which I honestly do not believe is fair. The room was quiet, clean, big, and nice. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly, helpful, and nice. I cannot say enough good about them or the hotel! The hotel is secluded, also.
