I will never come back at main event in Columbia. I (21 year old) had came in with my fiancé who is 21 years old, brother who is 20 years old and brother’s friend who is also 20 years old tried to come on Sunday July 17,2022 to try to play pool, bowling and possibly laser tag but security outside of the building said we had to be 21 years or older or we had to be accompanied by a 25 if everyone isn’t 21 saying it was policy and AFTER 8PM AND ONLY ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY, Sunday. We’ve been to this exact location and was never before asked for id nor have they given us this information. So we came on Monday July 18, 2022 with the same people after 8pm. This time different security guard saying that we have to have a person accompanied by the age of 25 or older with us in order for us to go in but once I told him that we had came here yesterday and a different security guard attended saying it was ONLY FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY he rudely said “well this is our policy” therefore I asked to speak with the manager. Once the “manager” came in to speak with us they kept repeating the same thing saying about “the policy”. I had told him there’s nothing on the policy that says what they are saying to us is true nor does it on the website. So I really wasted my time fighting with these people because once I was reading the policy that’s inside the building to the “manager” he said that the actual manager will be coming to speak with us. I really had no time for this nonsense therefore my party of 4 left unhappy and unsatisfied. Security and the “manager” was very rude and don’t even know their own policy. We went to this great place after called Bowlero!

Nice to go and have fun with kiddos. Connected to Columbia town center mall. Day, Evening fun for everyone. Young or Old. Have Laser tag and bowling, you can even play pool as well. Planning a party or event schedule a head of time. After a certain time it’s adults only and they check for ID.

👏 place to bring the family for fun. First time here was invited for a bday party. My granddaughter had so much fun. She bowled,played laser tag and had fun in the arcade. I enjoyed my drink and the finger food. Would definitely visit again.
