Owner was completely rude & unwilling to listen to me and my coworker when we came to drop off some pallets for our company. We were given a quote for how much we would have to pay to dispose of a load, and drove 30min with a full truck bed, only to be told that she didn’t want anything to do with them & they were useless. She said she didn’t take pallets off the street, even though I calmly told her I was from a professional company and we already called ahead and spoke with someone. I tried explaining to her that these weren’t from a house or off the road, and that we were already given permission. After she dismisses us and said "I was behind you on the highway, I don’t want them" I told her she needs to inform her employees of her policies then if she wasn’t the one we spoke to. She rolled her eyes. Unprofessional and not easy to explain things to. I don’t see my company reaching out to her again.
