Renting here was easy simple quick in and out. I was able to drop off the truck after hours. They had a drop box for the key. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was friendly.

Horrible customer service. Last week I rented out the 26’ truck. Within ten minutes of my ride the truck’s battery light went on. I pulled over and the truck shut off on me. I called the office and was advised to contact road assistance. The road assistance company arrived within 45 mins. The man trying to replace the battery was very kind and tried his best to get the job done as soon as possible. I ended up staying on the side of the road till 10pm. The man at the Uhaul rental office was rude and did not care to help me resolve the issue. Nasty attitude. Cursed in Spanish when I first called to inform him that the truck had stopped working on me. I will never be renting from this location. Do yourself a favor and find a different location!

Truck and moving equipment was ready when I arrived after reserving online. Everything was in great condition, and the staff was very accommodating when we needed to use the truck longer than anticipated. Great customer service! Thanks for making the moving process painless! Five stars
