First time eating here in a very long time. I used their app to order a sesame chicken salad. The container was a little messy, but the salad itself was excellent. Plenty of chicken and crisp greens. The dressing was tasty too, not too sweet or acidic, just right. Without a side, it's a pretty reasonable meal. Order took under 10 minutes to have waiting for pickup.

I work right down the hall from here so I've started going for coffee and a snack on my lunch break. It seems that there are always at least ten workers, yet the wait time is very long even for small items. I ordered a drink and a muffin the other day and got the drink in about six minutes, but then I just stood there waiting for my muffin. One of the cashier's (the one who took my order) stood there for a ten minutes as I waited, I didn't know if my food needed to be grabbed from the back or what so I put up with it. She then said "oh, your muffin!" Then went to grab it and hand it to me. I'm a little confused as to why they have so many people working there during shifts, yet they don't seem very on top of things. The food is always good though and the drinks are as well. The space is always clean.

For starters, the men's bathroom was disgusting. It reeked of urine and there was fecal matter splattered all over the toilet seat. Secondly, the cashier was very unprofessional. I asked if there was any Chamomile tea available. She responded by saying, "who?" Didn't answer my question nor did she make any effort to point me in the direction of where the tea is kept (I found everything on my own). I'm not a fan of Panera Bread for this very reason. The service is mediocre (and I've been to several locations). Btw, I mentioned the bathroom situation to another employee. He responded by saying, "oh yeah...yeah" then walked away.
