Mostly walking trails but I know you can ride your bike throughout the park.
I just want to add that kids under 16 need to wear a helmet when riding their bike. This policy is enforced throughout the park. The park office might have loaner helmets that you can use for no charge.
Yes there are bike trails.
I have seem biking, but not usually on trails. However, I would contact the office to see if the trails are just hiking or if you can cycle too.

There is one specific biking trail through the woods. Most bikers just use the roads.
I think it has a designated bike trail, but mainly it just has walking trails. However, you can ride all around the park on the roads, if you're careful.
