This is the worst bunch of people I have ever tried to deal with! Mrs Johnson acts as though the money is coming from her pockets! She has pretty much called me a liar on more than one occasion and I worked 13 years for the United States postal service and recognized and given awards for outstanding honesty on 3 separate occasions!! They have done everything possible to keep me from getting any type of help even after being deemed disabled by their drs! The administrative law judge flat out lied and added things to my hearing that were never said and I am pursuing a case against her which is a slow process because I am so sick! It’s ridiculous that someone who can’t work due to being sick is put through pure torture and chaos trying to receive money that is rightfully theirs! I have emailed and written social security many many times with no response! If you have the opportunity and can go through any other office I would suggest doing that and God Bless!

This group of Social Security folks are the most knowledgeable and friendly than any of the other groups I have spoken with. And with my job I do have to ask a lot of ss questions. Just wanted to say THANK YOU we appreciate you all being patient with our questions!

favorite branch to call ... always helpful and polite quick response time ... I would advise not to call national line or be prepared to wait several hours

Bronwyn was very apologetic for the struggle I'd been experiencing and provided me with the service I desperately needed.

You will have to call or go by. You can go in and wait. They will take you in first come first serve. They are very helpful at this office, and the wait is not usually long at all.
Your social ..an Id..letter from the doctor explaining your disability/disabilities. Proof off address. It's better to have your own bank account so you dont have to use theirs..basically that's it anything else they will let you know
