Yes, they switched phone companies and there are problems getting in touch with the county offices. They have or had other phones but I could not reach one of the offices using all the numbers yesterday.

Not 100% sure, tbh.....if you have court or need to go by, I would suggest calling the clerks office and asking in the morning, if that's an option! With school's being shutdown (far as I know), I would assume that they may not open fully, but it is best to call tomorrow and find out, just to be safe, and before you decide to drive, as not all roads have melted

The city administration building (old bank on the square) has a kiosk that can do that, I think! You could call them and ask ahead of time before making the drive.
