Wish I could give a 0 review. My husband waited for hours in a room. They put an IV in his arm. They never even gave him fluids. Then came back hours later to let him know he was ready to be released.

Please go to North Alabama Medical Center. Crockett is the worst !!! They don’t care at all about patients!!! Try calling and telling them your experience… they don’t care AT ALL !!

This place SHOULD NOT! be called a hospital nor a health system, the staff is rude snarky, maybe Vanderbilt should obtain this place.and fire all the staff. The staff after 7pm are the ones that are rude and snarky

Have not even went to the back yet and already having a bad experience. The receptionist at check in was on a face time video call while asking for personal information. She had no care in the world. This is unacceptable!
