I had some important labs done on Tuesday, I called back Friday and asked if they had gotten them back, they said they had gotten them back 2 days ago and no one had reviewed them but they’d call me tomorrow. Much to my surprise, I still haven’t gotten a phone call, so I call at 3:50 something and they put me on hold to talk to someone, and then they hang up and when I call back I get the stupid automated voice thing telling me they are closed. They’re not that professional. Don’t get me started on the whole steroids thing for the enlarged spleen that they said they were gonna send but never wrote down and never sent them to me :) go somewhere else

Donna white is a fantastic pa,but the staff that works over and under her are worthless. They are All exceptionally rude and refuse to do their jobs. Especially when it comes to medication refills. A person is better off avoiding this so called medical center at all costs.
