These women are the most biased hateful women I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. They are rude and literally just hate the fathers of the kids or men in general. I have my kids more then their mother and just because I’m the father they were extremely hateful and wanted to make sure I got the worst outcome. I feel sorry for any other fathers out there that are genuinely in their kids life’s and have to speak to these awful women. They will do anything to screw you. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

The receptionist is extremely unprofessional and if I'm not mistaken I've spoken with two of them and I give them a rating of zero for such unprofessional conduct. As for my caseworker Fawn I give her 5 stars because she is always very professional and helpful. If you send in payments along with your employer or you just send them in be sure you keep records and reciepts of all your payments because there will more than likely come a time your charged more than should be but always ask for your caseworker or you won't get anything done.

This office and the employees there are a BIG JOKE! They tell you to do things one way and when you do it that way ( THE WAY THEY TELL YOU! ) and you go to them for the help they promised you and all of a sudden you didn’t do it right and they need more. I am a father with custody of my children and these women hate it. If I was 50.00 behind in child support and or I didn’t make my medical payments they would have me in court and in jail no questions asked! This office is very biased and they hate men and it doesn’t matter if you do what you are supposed to do or not. They don’t realize that they are hurting the kids and I have questioned if they even care or are they just there for a pay check and that’s it. So if you have to use this office here is a taste of what to expect.
