I was hoping to take my boyfriend here this weekend, but i'm skeptical after reading that half of the museum is closed during the winter. Would you recommend this museum or the Henry Ford museum for winter months?

I would still go it's an amazing museum then go back in the warmer months.

Def still go. Theres still alot of cars and if youre a car nut....this is the place to go. We went last weekend and plan on going back again soon. Then we plan on going back in the summer. So much to see. Very clean. Staff is super friendly.
