Yes, they're nice, heated, furnished. No linens, kitchen or bedding included. No indoor cooking allowed.
Consider it tent camping minus the tent when you consider what to bring. You must bring your own bedding and if you want to cook on the porch, you must bring your own table.
If your going in the summer you have to book 8 months in advance to get a weekend spot.
