Most don’t have laundry but there is a laundry facility under the Rec Center.
Having a washer/dryer in the condo means that you don't have to pack as much clothes. They aren't large but you can do a small load while you are at the beach or the bar!
I don't know about the cabins we had a condo and yes there was washer and dryer closet / condos also have lake views !

The one my son was in didn't. We also had a condo unit that did have washer dryer
