Cozy clean cabins, Joyce the owner is very nice. Decent number of plates/cups/pots/pans/etc. Dogs welcome which was much appreciated. Some updating is in order (the charcoal grills for instance are falling apart, some are borderline unusable). Cabins are right along Caberfae Hwy so there is significant road noise when a semi rumbles through. Altogether though this is a cozy, come-as-you-are place to serve as home base for your Up North adventures. We were very comfortable and happy. Bring your own pillows, sheets and blankets. Any other surprise items you can get at one of the nearby stores.

The host canceled our cabin rental to late for us to find another cabin. It was paid in full 3 plus months in advance and she canceled less than 3 weeks out. She was very vague about why she canceled, no reason was given.

Friendly and clean. However there was no towels washcloths any bedding not even pillows. We had to go buy everything. No dish soap or bath soaps. So if u come here bring everything your going to need.

I am giving this cabin five stars not because it's the most updated fancy cabin but because if you are looking for a no frills cabin just for sleeping after your outdoors adventure this place is perfect. The prices are extremely reasonable beds are clean has fridge oven stove microwave and your own bathroom everything you need for a good rest before hitting the river or trails. Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about all the area's activities there's a dollar general right down the road for anything you forget. Honestly a great place I could go on about the place but its definitely worth checking out. Thanks northwoods cabins we are loving this place.
