Mrs. Lennie K. and Carly made our stay feel so personalized. They took such good care of us and actually took time to get to know us and pamper to our needs. Haven't experienced guest service like this in many years at a Resort. This was a very special time and treated extremely well. Very impressed with these two and their crew!

The Seasons bay building is very outdated and not worth staying in for the money which was charged for the room. We stayed on the ground level and the indoor /outdoor carpet was all dirty looking and just kind of gross. The outside areas are all chipping paint and not nice. the carpet inside the room was old and appeared to be dirty. the toilet was loose on the floor which is not pleasant, especially for a midget size toilet. I did have plenty of hot water. The interior room is very dark. The worst part is that there were no working ice dispensers anywhere I could find. I did find a maintenance man who was very nice and even took his scooter up to the main lodge to get me some ice. I don't believe anyone could ever talk me into staying at this resort in the future! Sorry, but $231 dollars for a room of this quality is WAY overpriced. I would not stay there for $69. a night....room 2267

The room my family and I stayed in was outdated and had a lot of minor cosmetic issues that I will not list, but I will say the beds are COMFORTABLE and the view of the lake @ Seasons Bay was beautiful! I love how large the hotel resort was— there were so many amenities such as the Spa Pool/ Hot tub, restaurants on site, Spa on site as well, a movie theatre, fitness room, yoga room, kids play room (friendly for 2+… I even enjoyed the games inside the kids area!); they have a beautiful Japanese garden, bars on site, fire pit, rooftop views, mini beach, a walking trail, and a signature shop! All the things I’ve listed are literally all the things I’ve got to experience, but there’s even more! The staff overall are friendly! Everyone was nice and extremely helpful! I will definitely be back with my family when visiting again. Also– special shout out to the lady in the signature shop! She was every welcoming since day 1. My daughter and I made it a routine to stop by everyday just to get a lollipop, a toy, and/or ice cream!

We stayed in the spring, in the Japanese garden part of the hotel. We had amazing room of the gardens and the sun setting over the lake. Absolutely breathtaking. Sat outside our room watching the sunset. Very glad we chose this room, as our view was fantastic and it was so quiet! This is probably one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at hundreds. Now, it is off season and spring during the week, so that needs to be factored into this review. Rooms were clean, and loved that they had a vaulted ceiling that was higher. Get the better use of space. For the Japanese garden you enter through the Garden area. Rooms are a little bit older, but it has a great feel and they're very clean. Everything in our room worked and was well maintained. A couple other things we really enjoyed. One, they have a small kids area where you can play Connect Four, ping pong, bowling, and golf. It was a really good distraction for an hour, and we had it to ourselves. The indoor pool area by the spa is available to guests, and the other two pools are closed during the off-season. It is a very warm nice pool, that does go indoor/outdoors. Was surprised how warm the water was. They do allow kids as long as they are accompanied by an adult and the noise level does have to be kept to a minimum since it is a spa like atmosphere. Very clean, and ample towels. Last, we took advantage of walking the gardens and down to the docks to take pictures. Very beautiful area. It was nice to see the lake and go down by the water. You can't reach the water to play on, but you can get close. Overall, very glad we had the opportunity to stay here. Would come back to this hotel again if we were in the area. It we need to see how active and busy it was during the summer.

Yes, full spa. Many think that it's ridiculously expensive...
That was Strings on the Beach.
Yes
No bike trails on property.
We were due to be booked into one type of room and ended up in another we were booked in the main Lodge and arrived ended up one of the outside buildings that look like outdated single bachelor style condos rooms were pretty decent in regards to layout but I agree definitely outdated some had musky smell our issue that we noticed in both rooms that we ended up being in was that the building definitely showing its age there's a ton of walking/stairs involved no matter where you go so if you have any baggage at all good luck with that also the carpets were very worn and very dirty another issue that we came across is that everything there see the closed early or open late. Very little option for food ended up canceling 5 day trip forfitted over 1000
We do not offer horseback riding. There are several stables around The Lake that offer it.
No free breakfast, but it has a restaurant on the hotel grounds and it's very good.
Varies on request. Check with hotel desk.
We no longer have bowling lanes on property. The closest alley would be Eagle Lanes in Osage Beach.
There are not laundry facilities on site. There is a laundromat about 1.5 miles away.
They are different from the main lodge. Seasons bay has a good view of the lake. Both are nice rooms tho. If I were to stay I'd stay in the main lodge just for the convenience of having everything right there.
I don't know about the hunters brunch but they do serve breakfast at breeze's. I will post more tomorrow about the buffet and hunters brunch.
No cookware only fridge and Keurig in ours..we were poolside

Please provide our reservations team with information about your pet when you're reserving your room so they can properly assist with your reservation.
We're happy to say that it is indeed open year round AND heated! We do close it occasionally for routine maintenance, but we do our best to minimize the closure time.
