Yes, it is. Most of the main floor is indoors (dining tables). Going to the front deck requires a large step up, so that and the upper deck (up the stairs) would be the only areas that would be hard to access. Views are just as nice from the dining area (and temperature controlled).

I have no idea why I'm on this thread I don't even know what a celebration cruise is? I'm thinking it's the ferry that took us from New Bedford to Martha's vineyard really?? Why call it that when nobody understands what it means? Of course you can bring your own liquids fluids whatever you want to call them you can also buy drinks on the boat that's a stupid question
