We rented a jet ski here for most of the day and we had so much fun in it, the jet skis here didn’t disappoint at all, and the service was very good, we had lots of help and everything was easily understandable, recommended to rent a jet ski here.

Good experience but our driver, Patty, she was AMAZING. I will always recommend her and reach out to her again to drive. If you are looking for a captain, ask for Patty. Also, the boat rental company was very easy to work with. I was impressed with their help over the phone. Great prices as well.

I am actually sorry to be posting this negative review because we have had many positive experiences with Bombay, renting ski and pontoon boats. However this summer we rented a PWC and experienced the same negative experiences documented in other negative reviews: the watercraft was clearly damaged in the steering column when we picked it up, and unbeknownst to us had a fist sized hole in the hull that had been previously patched and gave way as we were using the craft. Thankfully we were able to get to shore and to lift the craft. We had paid for insurance but Management had been unwilling to credit us for the days the craft was unusable. Based on other replies to negative reviews I fully expect this account to be challenged. I can only say that the (very competent) Bombay maintenance guys who arrived to tow the craft confirmed our situation. Now that I see management’s reply I would just like to confirm that we did indeed have the craft on a lift, which their maintenance people can confirm, and we notified them of the problem after the third day of the rental (when the patch on the pre-existing hole blew) which is the only portion of credit we are requesting. It is unfortunate that Bombay’s approach to customer service is so combative. I understand that many customers are irresponsible with their rentals. But when the craft itself is substandard one would expect the company to take responsibility.

Rented two waverunners for 1 hr for my wife and I. All paperwork, release paperwork we already signed online. Self insured (our credit card covers rental equipment damages) Arrived about 20 min early. Took only about 10 minutes to get life jackets and get checked out. I like that the Waverunners were dry docked so we could inspect the hulls. Staff was very friendly. We departed ten min early and got an extra 10 min rental free. 70 min was more than enough time, we cruised all the way to the dam and back! Only thing I would say is double check and reconfirm time and location of pick up. We had no problems but it does not show time or location in email confirmations. Had a blast on the waverunners. So nice to walk down from your hotel room and jump on. Gas pumps take credit card, you can refuel or leave it for them to refuel. Price is the same.
