Check in and check out were easy, but no one came to our room after we got there to provide us with the "activity bands" we were told to expect. Very nice lakeside condo, nice deck with great view of very pretty small lake. The pizza place co-located with the resort was very good, too!

This place is a year round paradise. It is located in the Ozarks. Lodging includes log cabins, apartment style buildings, and lakeside 4-plexes. It has a year round heated pool, a seasonal outdoor pool, white sandy beach with lounge chairs, kayaks, canoes, and stand up paddle boards. There is a restaurant on site. Across the street there is a safari themed miniature golf course, pickleboard, RV park, a .93 mile hiking trail loop, and a general store.

I loved most about the resort was the friendly workers, as well as the relaxed atmosphere. There was tons to do, however, you felt the intimacy with friends and family while doing it. Everything was close in distance to walking, and the entire staff was well accommodating to every desire!

All the answers so far are correct. I stayed with a timeshare week and through Hotel.com for a week. If you are willing to listen to a sales pitch, you can get another week at another resort. You don't have to buy anything!
$25 and well worth it for five nights of very good entertainment.
Boat ramp is, at Box Hound Marina, but the resort has boat docks to tie up your boat
Most don’t have laundry but there is a laundry facility under the Rec Center.

So sorry. I had your resort mixed up with another one we stayed at while on that vacation. Crown Point was absolutely fabulous when we were there. I gave a review about a year ago and gave it 5 stars. It is a great resort for relaxing and the amenities and entertainment were very enjoyable. The restaurant on site was great as well. Sorry again for the confusion and I would highly recommend this resort.
Sir this is a forum to ask other Google users about the place the resort won't answer..... I would personally call crown point resort or email them directly
I didn't get that when I stayed there. Maybe it's the one time fee to use the jam room, sauna, pool or kayaks? Best thing to do is call and ask.
If you read your RCI Confirmation, you will see that RCI charges a Split Week Fee to offset the individual owners Annual Maintenance Fee. When an owner pays their AMF for their week, the breakdown of the expenses allows for one cleaning fee. When RCI takes that week and divides it into several stays, the individual owner of the week realizes an additional expense not covered by the AMF. Therefore, RCI allows the resort to charge the split week exchanger the extra cleaning fee. It wouldn't be fair for the owner of the week to have to pay the additional expense so RCI can split a week.

When you check in you get good information. If you haven't been there its hard to vision all That's there. Small main building, cottages around the area. It's a slow pace. Relaxing and in no hurry. Hope you enjoy the layed back experience. It's all in walking distance and walking path.
