The gift shop was open last weekend. They limit the number of people allowed in at a time. There are several parking lots. Many are very close to the Lighthouse. If I remember, it is $2 per hour to park via prepay machines.
You can walk right up to the lighthouse. Don't think it's open currently, but they used to have thr gift shop own to go in which is right next to it. Now, parking can be a bit of a walk. There are a few handicapped spots right in front of the lighthouse though. Definitely one if the easier ones to walk to. And beautiful trails around
