Beautiful beach and a great spot to swim and relax in the water! There is quite q lot of seaweed washed up, so not beautiful manicured white sands, but usually quiet and always beautiful views. Just have to watch out for the seagulls who will rummage through your bag for any snacks they can find!

Been going to this beach since I was young; great place to take the family, especially just outside either end of the tourist season!

Beautiful jaunt along the beach and small trail that connects to a lightly trafficked road that you can use to loop back to the parking lot. Even in the winter the views are spectacular.

Kettle Cove is one of the nicest places to sit by the ocean and enjoy the cool breezes. This day, September 11th, the Eastern trail alliance was hosting its main lighthouse ride which is their primary fundraiser each year. 800 cyclists signed up and 50 volunteers helped make it happen up and down the main Coast.

No

Approximately how early would the parking lot fill up lets say on a beautiful Monday morning in August?

Paul Eldridge | Aug 18, 2018
Uchizi Phakati | Aug 18, 2018

Parking doesn't run out Monday mornings, most go there by jogging or running. However from 10/11 AM ish cars start flocking in and by 2 PM you wouldn't find any open spots.

Can you launch a kayak at this park and what is the parking fee for out of state?

Laura Dunne | Aug 18, 2018

Correct! Great place to launch kayak, free parking, just don't use the lobsterman's launch... It's for commercial use only
