Yes good place to fly kites up on the knoll to catch the sea breeze. There is one small beach to the left as you come in but it's a protective cove wouldn't get much breeze. Like stated earlier go up on the knoll. Enjoy.

A lot of it is open grass I didn't really see any beach access there, but I could have missed it, but also I did see multiple people flying kites when I was there so I'm gonna say yes
