Maybe, it's not very long but it can seem long, if you are taking a tour, but she would like it if she likes big cats. It is also a good place to learn more about the big cats that live there

It is mainly dirt and gravel paths but you want to make sure she can move quick enough because the cats will "spray" or per on you though the enclosure

As previously stated, it is gravel. I think an electric wheelchair would have an easier time than a manual one. It is not a very large place and there are benches in front of most of the habitats. I also agree that she would probably love it.
