24 hours unless you booked with a cancellation deposit off a hotel website. the staff is very helpful if you run into a problem with scheduling, love them!

When we booked, they told us check in was at 3pm or later, they had a 24 hour cancellation policy with a full refund, and, if you are more than 6 hours late checking in they do reserve the right to revoke your booking without a refund. However, a phone call to the front desk to let them know you're still coming is enough to hold your room. We originally said we'd check in at 6pm; our reception ran late, and we didn't get there until 11pm. We called ahead, receptionist laughed and told us to take our time!
