Positive: Location is amazing. Incredibly walkable to almost everything in the Old Port section of downtown Portland. Negative: Skeleton staff. After Day 2 (of a 4-night stay), we asked for new towels. Difficult due to lack of staff. Had to track down a cart ourselves and self-serve the towels. Same experience later in the stay. Main desk staff and valet guys were very good.

Modern, clean rooms with an awesome view (even the city view was nice) and friendly service. Of course, the location is super convenient to restaurants, bars, and stores. We didn't want to leave. Highly recommend.

Great location… right by the water and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and bars. The hotel is nicely decorated with a nice seating area with the bar close by. Our room was clean and we had a view of the water. The staff was friendly and attentive. There’s valet parking that’s reasonable priced.

It was nice and clean, convenient walk to places. The downfall was the actual rooms and the layout. The bathroom has a sliding door with no seal and no privacy. I had to leave the room anytime my husband had to use the bathroom because there was no bathroom privacy at all. Bathroom noises echoed through the room and the sink is outside of the bathroom, and that was odd to us.

Breakfast is not included. You can buy it for a very high price I am sure.
0.7 miles, 4 minutes driving. The hotel has a shuttle available, too!
