First let me say that this is a quaint and quiet community with well-maintained homes, neatly manicured yards and wonderful neighbors. If that's not what you're looking for, then this is the not the place for you. My father lived there for nearly 10 years and his mother before that-they both loved the community atmosphere. Prior to his death, I really had no reason to have any interaction with Debbie or her daughter-I really didn't even know her. But on the day my dad passed, she made it a point to stop by, give her condolences and ask if we needed anything. She didn't have to do that. We also had so many of the neighbors stop by on their daily walks to say how sorry they were. That kind of thing doesn't happen in most places anymore. Just goes to show how nice everyone is. But I digress. Debbie has been an absolute Godsend through the whole process of cleaning out my dad's home, dealing with his incompetent lawyer, and selling his home. Debbie kept me updated with any buyers that might be interested without making me feel like she was pushing me out. She also walked through the house with me to do an assessment and gave me a more than fair and honest value to sell it for. When we finally signed the papers to sell it, she had it sold in one day for the price we asked. Thank you, Debbie! If I were ever looking to move to a 55+ community this would be the one I hoped to get into. Everything is kept so neat and clean and it feels like a nice, safe, well-run and close little neighborhood. No loud noises. No loud parties. No obnoxious neighbors. Just a picture-perfect locale.
