Beautiful place, clean rooms, and mostly nice staff. However, no complimentary water and a lack of attention to lost and found. We accidentally left a nice toiletry bag hanging on the bathroom door. We called an hour and a half after we checked out but the bag was "not found". We called back several more times throughout the next 2 days to see if it was recovered, but it seemed to annoy the hotel staff more than their willingness to help.

Staff and service was great, rooms are in need of an update. Patrick was incredible at the Bistro. Very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Love the free shuttle from the airport, too. Only complaints were Bed wasn’t very comfortable and air conditioning was loud.

If you are traveling on business, need easy access to everything while staying in a peaceful environment, this is the hotel for you! The beds are wonderfully soft, and the Courtyard area out back with its Charming fire pit is a splendid place to unwind at the end of the day.

We chose this hotel, because of its location, which is great. That said, while we had a reservation for 4 nights, with a specific request for a waterfront review, we were given a parking lot view. To make matters worse, we were informed that the breakfast area was under renovation and that we had to purchase water, and that housekeeping would only be available if requested for in advance. Rather disappointing, since we expected better, given previous reviews.
