So my dad can’t hike. I know trails will be too much. Is there any type of picnic / sitting area at bottom of hill where he could comfortably wait for the rest of us?

There are picnic tables right in the parking lot. I was just there today.

It's about a mile hike to the falls. You can't see anything from the vehicle or entrance. There is another waterfall/stream area about 15 minutes away that is viewable from the vehicle.

The only place he could wait comfortably would prolly be in the vehicle.

There was tables the last time i was there which was a month ago

There are no picnic or sitting areas.
