It's a very easy walk. I'm excited to take my 3 year old if that helps any.
No the trails are actually very easy to walk
Moderate not to strenuous as long as you are used to walking up to like 5 miles. And coming back down is easier.
Its easy. Yes some up hill. My 2.5 and 6.5 walked it
Moderate at the beginning. Then becomes easy. Highly recommend it. Be sure so wear proper footwear as the terrain is rocky in places.
Up hill can be a little rough going to the falls.
It's roughly two miles to get back to it a pretty rough trail it will be a Four mile hike it wasn't bad you really need to go after a good rain
Fairly easy. Decent uphill portion early on but after that it's mostly flat or with a slight incline.
