I've visited this park several times over the years and it's still just as beautiful and safe as it was years ago. It's a great place for walking your dog, taking a quiet stroll, enjoying a picnic, watching the ducks and baby ducks, and soaking in the beauty of the lake.

I've seen people fishing there not sure if they kept the fish or caught any for that matter
Signs posted state you cannot swim, wade, boat, or fish in the pond. Some folks fish, but I definitely do not recommend breaking any rules that put any body parts in reach of the snapping turtles.
You will pull up and see parking all along the front part of the lake. (All to 1 side of the road) There isn't a designated parking lot.
Harbison has 15 total miles of trail! If asking for the distance around Woodcross Lake (behind Wendy's & hotel), that particular part of the trail is .675 miles around.
There is a fairly large public 'track' - a place set up specifically for racing dirt bikes - that I think is used during the day (nights are for races) for public to come "freestyle".. over in Northeast Columbia! Can be seen from Interstate 20, between Spears Creek exit & Clemson Rd exit if I am not mistaken. I know a guy I met walking our dogs around Woodcross Lake, that he & his roommate take their mini Schnauzer with them to go riding dirt bikes on weekends - if still can't find a place like what you're looking for, get back in touch with me & I'll try to connect with him!
