Yes it is. It is very rocky in some areas. So be sure to know if your dogs paws can handle that kind of terrain. Have fun. :)
Yes. Lot's of people do. If it is a hot day, I would be sure to bring water for the dog too. There aren't any places for them to drink from.

Yes. I saw a lot of dogs when I was there. There are signs that they must be on a leash, but most of dogs I saw were not leashed and just following their human.
