Public bus runs from the city center to the airport. Not sure which number, but routes 5 and 9a pick up and drop off passengers on Congress Street, which is about a 10 minute walk from Clarion's door. Buses run frequently, but check schedules before you leave. There should be ways to track the location so you can head over to a pickup site. The pick up sites are marked by small signs.

Uber was reasonable too.
