No, though I've not tried in severe weather. Some animals are taken in for safety in inclement weather if too severe / cold. Also some activities are held for similar reasons
My family and I went on a rainy day and it was perfect. The animals were out and active and the crowds were minimal. It was not pouring though.
No. I've found that the animals are very active on rainy days! The food vendors may be closed though, if it's heavy rain.
